Intumescent gaskets / seals & smoke seals to expand under heat and block fire & smoke leakage at edges & junctions

Flush construction (leaf faces flush with frame / wall) and welded or lockseam joints to avoid sharp edges & weak points

Heavy duty hardware: stainless steel / ball bearing hinges, door closers, flush bolts (for double leaf), locks / mortise lock & panic hardware as optional accessory

Vision panels (fire rated glass) optional, with required framing / beading, for visibility without compromising fire performance

Frame & shutter thicknesses: e.g. 1.01.6 mm GI / PPGI sheets depending on rating; frame profiles 100150 mm width etc.

Surface finish: prepainted (PPGI) or powder coated finish in standard or custom shades for aesthetics & corrosion protection
